Catalytic Process
In Gas-Solid phase reaction, Catalytic reaction process is to decompose VOCs chemically on catalyst active position, which can dramatically decrease operation energy without changing the property of catalysts itself.
Normally the application of catalytic process in waste gas treatment are: (1) VOCs are oxidized into CO2 and H2O via catalytic oxidation reaction; (2) NOx is transferred into nitrite and nitrate at room temperature, or reduced into N2 via catalytic reduction reaction at the temperature above 170℃.
