Adsorption Process
Activated carbon has numerous adsorption pores, the mechanism of adsorption process is to fix VOCs molecules in mesoporous and micropores of activated carbons by Van Der Waals force. Generally, when it is to treat continuous gas with low concentration VOCs and high flow rate, or intermittent emission breathing from tanks with high concentration VOCs and low flow rate, it is suggested to deploy high loading pellet activated carbons and safety control systems in order to achieve high removal rate and save cost.
