Adsorption-Regeneration Process
Adsorption-Regeneration process is employed when breakthrough time in the adsorption process is too short, especially when continuous exhaust gas with high concentration VOCs, low flow rate and simple component.
Firstly, VOCs is fixed in activated carbon bed; secondly, activated carbon is regenerated by temperature swings or/and pressure swings; thirdly, desorbed VOCs is condensed by heat exchange. This process could significantly control VOCs emission, recover valuable solvent and save operation cost.
